Guarantee the credibility, financial condition, product quality, or performance of any user.

Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any transaction.

Supplier Verification

To improve marketplace quality, TSC may verify:

GST Registration Certificates
Company details
Business contact information
Address details
Other supporting business documents

Verification only confirms that such documents were reviewed based on the information available at the time.

Verification does not guarantee:

Product quality
Delivery performance
Financial stability
Creditworthiness
Business ethics
Future conduct of the supplier

Fraudulent Activities Prohibited

Users shall not:

Submit false company information.
Use fake GST numbers or business registrations.
Misrepresent products, services, or capabilities.
Post misleading advertisements.
Impersonate another individual or company.
Use stolen identities or forged documents.
Engage in payment scams.
Distribute malware, spam, or phishing content.
Attempt to deceive other users.
Any such activity may result in immediate suspension or termination of the account.

Buyer Due Diligence

Before placing orders or making payments, buyers are advised to:

Request product samples where applicable.
Obtain formal quotations and purchase orders.

Supplier Responsibilities

Suppliers must:

Maintain current business and contact details.
Promptly update changes to GST registration and address information.
Supply products in accordance with descriptions provided.

Providing false information may lead to account suspension and removal from the platform.

Reporting Fraud

Users who suspect fraudulent activity should immediately report it to: support@texspares.com

TSC may investigate reports at its discretion.

Actions We May Take

Where fraudulent activity is suspected, TSC may:

Suspend accounts
